The first few weeks and months after childbirth, often called the "fourth trimester," require focused care and attention. Our postnatal services extend well beyond the standard six-week check-up.
We offer the following:
Birth Control:
Oral Contraceptive Pills: Highly effective up to 99%, daily hormonal medications to prevent pregnancy by preventing ovulation and thickening the mucus of the cervix.
Implanon: Long-acting reversible contraceptive (LARC) implant. It is a small, flexible, 4cm rod placed under the skin of the upper arm, releasing progestin to prevent pregnancy for up to 3 years
Intrauterine Device (IUD): The IUD is a small, T-shaped device that is placed in a woman's uterus by a healthcare provider and can provide up to 10 years of pregnancy protection.
Pelvic Floor Therapy: to help strengthen your weakened pelvic floor muscles due to pregnancy and childbirth
